  When can I get my Serial Number?
  Your Serial Number will be obtained immediately after your payment.
  
  What if I have paid for the program, but never received the serial number?
  Hopefully you've received the Confirmation Email including your SN sent by our Auto Reply Email System within several minutes after your payment. In case you haven't got it in time, it might be blocked by the anti-spam filters. Please check your junk or spam folder. Should you have any further questions, please contact us at support@hideipprivacy.com. We guarantee an answer within one business day at the very most!
  
  What if I lost the serial number?
  If you lost your serial number, please do not worry and feel free to contact us to request your original SN. Please provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc. to: support@hideipprivacy.com. We will send you the serial number within 1 business day after receiving your request email.
  
  Can I use the program on another computer with this license alone?
  In that case you should first uninstall it from the old computer, and then install it on the new computer. If you lost the subscription information, please retrieve it by contacting our support team at support@hideipprivacy.com with your order number or e-mail address which you used to place the order. We will re-send the subscription information to you. And then you can use the program on the new computer.

  Will it interfere with my Internet speed?
  Our trial version allows you to use IPs spanning the US, so the surfing speed is restricted inevitably since it is partially depended on the quality and quantity of selected IPs.
